As minhas amigas dizem que eu perco quilos quando tiro a prataria ao final do dia, e até pode ser verdade! Mas a grande verdade é que este verão pede tudo; deixem o vosso porta-jóias despido, despido de anéis, braceletes e tornozeleiras!

My friends usually say that I lose pounds when I take away my silver jewelery, and may even be true! But the great truth is that this summer asks for all of it; leave your jewelery boxes completely naked, nude of rings, bracelets and anklets!

Quem via o Sexo e a Cidade com certeza se lembra que os scrunchies combinavam com a Carrie Bradshaw dos anos 90.

Passados 20 anos, os scrunchies - elásticos feitos em tecido - estão de volta! E o culpado é o designer de moda Ashish Gupta, que re-apresentou os scrunchies na sua colecção Primavera/Verão 2013, na London Fashion Week. Fascinaram-me duas coisas nesta apresentação: os tecidos e a forma como o scrunchie foi utilizado. São tecidos de qualidade, ricos em texturas. E a forma desorganizada de como apanham o cabelo, bem cá em cima, é adorável. Cabelos lisos só beneficiam com estes elásticos, dá-lhes mais volume!

E quem pensa que a tendência é passageira, desengane-se! A nova campanha da Chanel Outono/Inverno 2015 já mostrou, através de Cara Delevingne, a sua aprovação pela volta dos scrunchies.

20 years later, scrunchies - fabric-covered elastics hair tie - are back! And the guilty one is the Delhi-born designer Ashish Gupta, who re-introduced the scrunchies at London Fashion Week Spring Summer 2013.

This SS13 catwalk fascinated me for two reasons: the fabrics and the way that scrunchies were used. They were made ​​with high quality fabrics and rich textures. And the messy way that they hold the hair charms me. It’s lovely! Straight hairs highly benefit with scrunchies; give them more volume!

And who thinks that the trend is fleeting, is completely wrong! The new Chanel campaign for Fall Winter 2015 has already shown, through Cara Delevingne, their approval for the return of the scrunchies.

Tenho vindo a acompanhar a tendência. E acreditem, é crescente! E Portugal ... Portugal tem tudo para entrar nela. Sol, calor, praia e areia clara e fina, daquela que cola ao corpo. I have been following the trend. And believe me, it’s growing! And Portugal... Portugal has everything to get it. Sun, warm days, beautiful beaches and fine white sand. The trend is named Flash Tattoos. They are temporary tattoos but can be easily misidentified as delicate rings and bracelets on a tanned skin.

This gold and silver body jewellery shaped as delicate bracelets, rings and necklaces that appears to float on our skin have been becoming a sensation since a few months. I’m completely in love!!

And if you like what you’re seeing I suggest you to choose a tattoo that matches with your personal jewellery style and mix them with pieces of your real jewellery. Believe me, the look will be perfect. The idea is that your friend or co-worker arrives and have to ask “is it real or a tattoo?!”; and yes, she will ask where you bought it :)

Since the hot days just arrived, bet on the short overalls. Short and large. They are so cosy that feels like you're wearing pyjamas.
